Brett Favre is facing losing and surgery, ouch!
NFL Football at its best. NFL Football at its craziest.
Mike McCarthy tells Brett it will be OK

Have said it many times before that Brett Favre is a living legend.

Brett Favre - puts up help wanted signs
Brett Favre 1st Qtr vs. Detroit Lions - TD Pass number 400
So it is so hard for me to see him losing and hurt at the same time.
Thoughts of him destroying… my bumbling and lovable Lions at least twice a year just dance through my head like Packer Sugar Plums.
Mike says it will be OK!

They asked the legendary Packer quarterback Bart Starr what was wrong with Brett Favre and if he should retire. (Bart retired at 37. Brett is 37) Bart said he should keep playing. He just needs more talent around him.
Let’s hope he finds that talent in time to beat my Lions one more time at the end of the year, so we all can see Brett smile again (and my Lions will get the first pick in the draft!).
NFL Football Fan Question How can you not admire Brett Favre? (Maybe it should be NFL Football Fan rhetorical question?)
As always, any NFL Football related comments are welcome.
