NFL Football Revealed on Squib Kick

Denver Broncos defeat Baltimore Ravens in Defensive Battle

by James on October 10th, 2006

NFL Football at its best. NFL Football at its craziest.

Champ Bailey

Champ Bailey The Broncos defeated the Ravens 13 to 3. Both teams brought the defense, but Denver brought a little more. Jake Plummer only had 106 yards passing, but 4 of those yards were a key touchdown to Rod Smith. This victory put Jake Plummer over .500 for his career at 65 and 64.

Steve McNair threw a key interception in the first half on a ball lofted in Champ Bailey’s direction in the corner of the end zone on 4 down. The Ravens were undefeated heading into this game sporting one of the NFL’s best defenses. The game was played in the cold and rain and the ball seemed to be slipping all over the place. McNair was intercepted 3 times.

NFL Football Fan Question We all knew Denver would be good, but Baltimore has been a surprise this year. They are doing it with Defense. Can Baltimore bounce back from this defeat?
