Last year Coach Joe Cullen of the Detroit Lions was arrested for going through a Wendy’s drive through naked.
He has since been attending AA and made great progress.
On Wednesday, Jon Kitna dressed up as a naked man and his wife was dressed as the Wendy’s girl. Too funny.
Lions quarterback Jon Kitna said defensive line coach Joe Cullen is far removed from the man who drove naked through a Wendy’s drive through more than a year ago.
That is why Kitna felt comfortable wearing a naked suit at the Mike Furrey charity Halloween party Monday night.

That sounds good in theory, but what did Joe Cullen think about it?
Cullen was upset about what happened. He was upset that Kitna did not win the contest and joked with players about it on Wednesday.
Oddly the public was making a stink about this, but the Lions locker room just saw it as business as usual.
People who understand an NFL locker room when guys do things we joke with each other a lot,” Kitna said. “Now would I have done that last year. No. I thought it was too close to the situation. But Joe is somebody I talk to. I know how far he’s come and the changes he’s made in his life.”
Kitna wasn’t thinking about what the rest of society thought. He simply wanted to win a contest when he put on a naked body suit with a thong and his wife wore a Wendy’s outfit. He did not win best costume. Roy Williams who dressed as a pimp with a clown mask did. But Kitna said he was going to give the grand prize of a 4 by 4 to Cullen if he won.
It is a long season and a large group of men have to live together. This means a lot of teasing goes on, a lot of jokes happen. This is how they stay together.
