NFL Draft Round 1- Baltimore Ravens Select Kamerion Wimbley
With the 13th overall pick in the 2006 NFL draft the Baltimore Ravens have selected Kamerion Wimbley, DE, Florida State University.
I don’t remember a draft with this many defensive players going so high. Wimbley’s a great player, and should really help out the Ravens on defense, now if their offense can just start playing in the top 31 in the league they might have a chance at being competitive with the Browns.
Ok, Aaron’s going to kill me now. It was a good pick, but the Ravens are going to need a couple more good guys to make any kind of improvement this year.
The Philadelphia Eagles are on the clock.
