NFL Draft Round 1- Miami Dolphins select Jason Allen
With the 16th overall pick in the 2006 NFL draft the St. Louis Rams have selected Tye Hill, CB, University of Tennessee.
Yet another defensive player. No one’s taking any of the recievers or running backs that were projected to go high, which means teams higher up like Pittsburgh and Indianapolis are going to have an easy time filling their needs. Hill’s a solid player, and should really be able to help Miami in some of their defensive schemes where they had crappy defensive backs unable to plug the holes.
The Minnesota Vikings are on the clock.
