NFL Draft Round 1- Philadelphia Eagles Select Brodrick Bunkly
With the 14th overall pick in the 2006 NFL draft the Philadelphia Eagles have selected Brodrick Bunkley, DT, Florida State University.
Wow on two things. The first is that Florida State players are flying off the board. That’s three in the top 14. The second is that 8/14 players drafted so far are on defense. Teams are starting to focus more on that side of the ball after seeing teams like the Colts and the Bengals with great offense but not so good defense have major issues. Solid pick.
The St. Louis Rams are on the clock.
