Terrell Owens vs. Donovan McNabb
NFL.com writes about Donovan McNabb finally speaking out against Terrell Owens.
T.O.’s story never made sense to your always alert writer anyway. He claims that Donovan would not throw to him when he was open. Huh? Yeah, that one sure seems right. By the way, what receiver has not claimed that he was open on that play?
Terrell Owens goes on to claim that an assistant coach told him that Donovan McNabb gets tight in big games. Huh? Why would any coach tell that to a player even if it was true?
The Sporting News also chipped in with a story on the TO vs. Donovan issue. Donovan says the book would not sell without him in it.
Fan Question Terrell has always struck me as way too egotistical. Would you tolerate him on your team? Would he wreck the chemistry?

editors note: this response was edited due to the amount of family reading my posts. sorry dusty, TO does bring out the emotions in all of us. Something about people getting away with total selfishness that just rubs us the wrong way.

Donovan would destroy T.O. in a fight! This would be a complete mismatch. D-Mac would shut Owens up for good a probably break his jaw and knock him out cold! T.O. is inferior to my man D-Mac and wouldn’t even give him a challenge. Donovan wouldn’t even break a sweat beating up that bum Owens. He would tear Owens apart piece by piece! But I would still watch it just to see Donovan break T.O. in half!

I read or heard somewhere that TO should dress like a vampire on Halloween - because he sucks the life out of every team he goes to. McNabb brings out the best in people - and TO’s the exact opposite.

So, it would appear that all you haters dont know the full story. But yet again, we read 1 side and automatically want to hate the player involved. All T.O. wanted was to be happy and respected. ANY man would not accept being disrespected. Donny and his stupid grin was never wanted in Philydelphia anyway, everyone was all up on them nutz when they went to the SB, but McNabbster didnt do it alone did he? Was it T.O. that got tired in the 4th quarter? Was it McNabb who broke a bone and came back 5 weeks later to play in the SB to givethe team a chance at victory? He is where he should be in Big D “Americas Team”. Im sure everyone who hated him hates him even more because he is being successfull and part of a team that actually wants him not some BS McNabbster who only pretended to have feelings for T.O. becuase he knew “with out him, in the book” the superbowl would have just been a pipe dream.
