Trent Dilfer to the 49ers

San Francisco has traded Ken Dorsey for Trent Dilfer, according to Football Outsiders. Dilfer has a career average of 1 touchdown per game started which gives San Francisco a chance to score more points this year than last.

    I’d rather have Dorsey. I liked him back when he played for the Hurricanes, and I think he has some potential

    Why would you want another rookie QB when you have Alex Smith. If I’m the Niners, this is a great move because you get a veteran who can teach Alex Smith.

    for the niners it’s probably advantageous, but i think the Browns are also going to come out better.
